The fashion set began last night at 10 Downing Street for a reception hosted by the Prime Minister's wife to celebrate Fashion Week.
But a few hours and a change of clothes later, some of the fashionistas were at burlesque club The Box.
Supermodels Kate Moss and Claudia Schiffer, celebrity photographer Mario Testino, actress Helena Bonham Carterwith husband director Tim Burton, and US Vogue editor Anna Wintour were among the guests of Mrs Cameron, who has an ambassadorial role for the British Fashion Council.
Afterwards some - including Bonham Carter and Burton - called it a night, while others - including Moss and fiancéJamie Hince - headed to the home of art dealer Jay Jopling for dinner.
But the real buzz of the night was always going to be the 10th birthday party of AnOther magazine at The Box, co-hosted by Moss and actress Tilda Swinton. A huge queue had formed outside by 10.30pm, with guests waiting to be entertained inside by a burlesque show, beat boxing, aerobatics and a castrato stripper.
Moss was the centre of attention, reclining on a couch right in front of the stage with Hince and friends Alison Mosshart, his bandmate in The Kills, actress Samantha Morton - who appeared to be wearing a dressing gown - and Daphne Guinness. Other guests at the Belvedere-sponsored bash included Daisy Lowe and La Roux - who also managed to take in a party for LOVE magazine at the Liberty store, also attended by Victoria and David Beckham. At The Box bash officially finished at 3am, but many guests kept the party going.
Many left looking worn by their experience in The Box, and Hince scuffled with a photographer on his way out.
